What Was Broken
Founders spend the majority of their time on urgent, unplanned tasks — emails, fires, meetings. The strategic work that actually moves the needle gets pushed. Meanwhile, great advisors are rare, expensive, and not on call. Hundreds of micro-decisions get made alone every day, with no structured system to think things through.

What I Bet On
That an AI trained on how a founder actually thinks and works — not just their tasks — could replace expensive, inaccessible mentorship. We built a psychometric layer so the platform adapts to each user's thinking style, priorities, and communication patterns.

The Story
V0 — September 2025
The foundation was solid. The backend was real — architecture, logic, data model, all there. The front end was a disaster. We knew it, we shipped it anyway because the thinking was right even if the product wasn’t ready to be seen.
V1 — January 2026
We rebuilt the UI and shifted focus to the customer. On paper, the right moves. In practice, we caved to stakeholder pressure and kept adding. By the time V1 was done, it wasn’t an MVP anymore — it was a full product held together with good intentions and too many features. Buggy. Unsellable. A lesson in what happens when you stop protecting the scope.
V2 — March 2026
We dismantled V1. Not pivoted — dismantled. Kept only what was essential, cut else, and shipped something we could actually stand behind. V2 is leaner, more focused, and built on the right question: what does a founder actually need on day one?
