I studied at Bocconi while working full time at Promeco S.p.A. and consulting independently on the side. The degree gave me the framework. Everything running alongside it gave me the instincts.
Then I put a backpack on and spent months traveling across Asia. No plan, no timeline. The kind of trip that quietly changes what you think is possible.
I moved to Boston and enrolled in a double master's at Suffolk: Business Analytics and Management & Organizational Leadership. While studying, I worked as Project Manager at TEL, a nonprofit applying a business mindset to communities in developing countries. Finished with a 4.0 in both programs and an Academic Award.
After graduating I kept collaborating with TEL and joined Workable, one of the leading AI-powered HR platforms. As Implementation Manager, I sit at the intersection of technical setup, data migration, and client success. Seeing AI land inside real organizations, at scale, every day.
Then I started building my own products. Four from idea to launch, and counting.
In parallel, I'm deepening the technical layer: building data architectures that scale with business needs; automating repetitive workflows with tools like n8n; sharpening my prompt engineering to get real, reliable output from AI, not just demos.
