What It Is

A workflow that processes incoming leads automatically from the moment they submit a form or hit a webhook — no human in the loop until the lead is already scored and routed. The pipeline enriches raw contact data, applies a scoring model against ideal customer profile criteria, and sends the right leads to the right place instantly.

How It Works

Intake

Triggered by a form submission, webhook, or CRM event. Raw lead data (name, email, company, message) enters the pipeline.

Enrichment

Third-party APIs (Clearbit, Apollo, Hunter) fill in missing fields: company size, industry, LinkedIn profile, tech stack in use.

Scoring

Each lead is scored against ICP criteria — role seniority, company size, industry fit, intent signals. Output is a numeric tier (hot / warm / cold).

Routing

Hot leads go directly to Slack + CRM with full context. Warm leads enter a nurture sequence. Cold leads are logged and deprioritised automatically.

When to Use It

When a sales team is spending more time sorting leads than closing them. When lead volume grows faster than headcount can keep up. When the same manual triage happens every day and nobody has documented what 'qualified' actually means.
